Return Policy:

2020 Update: Due to the global pandemic, we are not able to accept returns on earrings or necklaces at this time. As always, all sale and sample sale items are always final sales and not eligible for returns.

Please note that our normal return policy is outlined below, but due to the current state of affairs, we may or may not be able to accommodate a return. We are currently doing business near an active wildfire as well as still trying to navigate business during the global pandemic. We will do our best, as always, but please email us at info@presh.net for the most up to date information before returning any item. At time of writing, we are still shipping within our normal fast time frame, but because we are in a very fluid situation things can change at any moment. We thank you for your understanding. 

Please also note that if we are able to accommodate a return, the items must be quarantined and sanitized so this process will take extra time. We thank you in advance for your patience as the safety and wellness of our customers and staff is our utmost priority. 

Our normal return policy is as follows, but again please email us at info@presh.net before you return any item to check that we are able to receive it. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Presh purchase and we are confident that you will be. If you are unhappy with your full valued purchase (other than earrings which are not eligible for return at this time), Presh offers a 14-day return policy from delivery of purchase. You may return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. All returns must meet the following conditions;

  • You must ship your return to Preshshop.com within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
  • Presh Inc. is responsible for return shipping transportation costs only if it is a result of our error, i.e. you received the wrong item or item was shipped defective 
  • You must ship your return via a trackable shipping method that provides a tracking number (USPS Priority Mail or insured Parcel Post)
  • Your returned item must be in its unused, original condition to be qualified for a refund
  • You must include either the original packing slip or order confirmation in the box

We strive to process your refund as soon as possible, however as of March 2020 we have to allow extra time for sanitization protocols due to Covid 19. We also know that the post office is experiencing unprecedented delays in some situations. We are a small team, so we appreciate your patience in regards to our shipping and return times in light of current events. 

Presh strives to create the highest quality jewelry possible at affordable price points. All Presh jewelry products are covered by a 90 day warranty covering manufacturing defects. Stretching of Presh chains, cords and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Oxidation, tarnishing and color changes that naturally occur in metals are not considered manufacturing defects. Do not expose your Presh products to harsh chemicals, environments or water. This includes body products, shampoos and lotions. Exposure to harsh chemicals, environments and water can alter the appearance and function of your Presh product. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. 

ORDERS NOT FULFILLED

Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off of our site. If this rare situation should occur, we will issue a full refund as soon as possible or contact you in order to assist you in finding another item if you choose. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.
